石英るつぼ

石英るつぼは、光伏（太陽光発電）および半導体分野における高純度石英砂の主要製品であり、主に高温下で連続結晶化を支えるために使用される消耗性の石英製装置です。多結晶シリコン原料を保持する容器としての役割を果たします。

石英るつぼは、高純度、均質性、高耐熱性という特性を有しています。物理的熱特性の観点から、石英るつぼの変形点は約1100℃、軟化点は約1730℃で、連続使用の最高温度は約1100℃、短時間では最大1450℃に達します。このような高純度と耐熱性、耐久性は、シリコン単結晶の引き上げとその品質を保証するものであり、単結晶引き上げシステムにおける重要な補助材料の一つです。

用途に応じて、石英るつぼは半導体（電子グレード）石英るつぼと光伏（ソーラーグレード）石英るつぼに分類されます。
